Stanford Founders

Internal Platform

One home for the club's inbox, tasks, calendar, docs, and sheets. Sign in with your club Google account.

Members only. Ask an admin to add your email if sign-in says you're not allowed.

Why this exists

Club operations used to live in personal DMs, a member spreadsheet nobody trusted, and a Notion page nobody updated. Requests from sponsors, VCs, and partners went to whoever they happened to know — and stalled when that person was busy or traveling. This platform gives the club a shared front door and a shared memory: every request is visible to the team, every commitment has an owner, and nothing depends on one person's phone.

What's inside

Inbox

Sponsorship, collab, and office-hours requests land in one shared inbox — email, SMS, and WhatsApp — instead of scattered personal DMs. Anyone on the team can claim and reply.

Board

Every request moves across Unopened → In Progress → Replied automatically as the team works it, so nothing silently dies in someone’s messages.

Tasks

A Trello-style board for club workstreams with owners and due dates. Turn any inbox message into a linked task in one click — or let AI suggest tasks from open conversations.

Calendar

Pending and confirmed events in one place. Confirmed events publish automatically to a public page you can share anywhere.

Docs & Sheets

SOPs, meeting notes, rosters, and budgets live with the club, not in one person’s Drive. Import existing Google Docs and Sheets, or embed live ones.

Works on your phone

Fully mobile, and installable: open this site on your phone and use “Add to Home Screen” to get it as an app.

How the team uses it

  1. 1Route requests to the clubPoint sponsors and partners at hello@intake.stanfordfoundersclub.com or the club number. Got something in a personal DM? Forward it in — it gets attributed to the original sender.
  2. 2Work the board dailyOpen a conversation, claim it with the assignee dropdown, and reply from the app. Board position is the source of truth.
  3. 3Close the loop with tasksAnything that needs real work becomes a task with an owner. Weekly meetings review the board, not memories.
  4. 4Keep events currentAdd events as pending, confirm when locked — the public page updates itself.
